Strong response
Quarantine the equipment or affected work, confirm the intended system and configuration, and refer the missing design information through the TWC. Do not permit installation from memory or a supplier brochure.
02A crane outrigger position moves 1.5 m to avoid a service+

Treat the move as a change. Stop set-up at that position and have the ground, support arrangement, geometry and resulting loads assessed through the controlled design and checking process.
03A completed prop installation is struck by mobile plant+
